Maria is an earth mother goddess, a spiritual mentor, and a serious athlete. Her classes are thoughtful, playful, profound, and loving.

The day will include arriving to beautiful Rockaway Beach welcomed by Jaime at the Rockaway Retreat House. For your arrival there’s Coffee + Tea and Fruit, then a morning yoga practice with Maria. Relax. Lunch. Beach time/Free time/Garden time, then an afternoon yoga practice with Maria Followed by a delicious dinner, closing out the day around sunset time.
