My background is in the Dali Lama linage of Tibetan Buddhism. All are welcome. This is by donation, suggested donation $20, give what you can.

Join us for a spectacular day to connect, practice and renew your life force energy. Maria Cutrona is a longtime friend and dharma sister, I am so happy to welcome her back to the retreat house.

The day will begin with us welcoming you to the house with light fruit and coffee/tea and introductions

We will then move into a beautiful asana practice and meditation.

Then I will prepare a delicious organic lunch, please email any food alergies.

After lunch you will be set free to explore the garden, the beach, the neighborhood or rest here at the house (Free Time)

In the afternoon we will gather for a restorative yoga practice and meditation.

The day will finish with an organic feast with closing circle.
