Self Love Retreat May 15th & 16th

Join me Friday evening and Saturday morning & afternoon for this Self Love offering.

As some of you know I went through some major life changes in 2019 where I couldn’t hold it together anymore. My toxic job was killing me. I felt like I was dying. A good friend took me to a ceremony that was the catalyst for understanding myself and self love, which oddly I just couldn’t connect with before. Caring and loving others no problem, I was born to do that. But I was born to love myself too..Since that moment I have dedicated myself to myself. That which is a unique compassionate heart is mine and is for me. An endless supply. It can never be destroyed and is always there for me. I finally have my back. This retreat is based upon my own healing journey and the tools I learned along my journey. I will be offering tools and concepts and books that helped me though a storytelling format. Bring a notebook and wear comfy clothes. I will be offering two meals and a cacao ceremony. We will be writing, meditation, breathwork, listening to our hearts, garden time and eating of course.
