Jaime and Val, good friends who met here in Rocakway about 10 years ago, both grew up Italian in households where we learned to make pasta before we could read, write or tell time…yes thankfully we both have had great teachers and strong food linages within our families. We love to cook what we love..so it’s good. Come celebrate spring and warmth coming as we emerge from this winter.
