This is my heart. This is all I have wanted for a long time now. To share my story and inspire others to keep loving no matter what. I have been inspired beyond measure to heal and help heal others around me. When I am in Kauai for the winter I am basically on retreat for myself the entire time..which includes daily meditation of course, but its a different level of feeling connected to nature, inspired to read, make art and work on expanding my consciousness. I can hear my higher self everyday, I feel connected to my heart and I want to show you the tools I have learned to stay connected and more importantly, to listen what my heart is trying to tell me.
Please come join me for a week in Kauai May 12-18th we will Meditate, Eat Local everything, Practice Yoga, Make Art, Go on a Day Hike, create music together and sing, learn about Kauai and culture here…and more. This is a unique offering,I have partnered with the local community, to bring an experience you will never forget.
