Healing with Clay and Yoga, Food, Meditation, Kirtan and Fire Rescheduled!!!!

Please join us for this incredible collaboration combining the talents and multiple healing modalities to sooth your soul. Ground down with us starting at 10am with a Yoga + Healing offering from Ania Lessniak, Yogi, Artist and Founder at Daya Yoga Studio aka @DayaMama. Followed by Healing food (brunch) and a guided meditation by Jaime Schultz, Meditation teacher, Chef and Founder of Rockaway Retreat House. Afterwards, a beach break/ocean plunge, before returning to the house for a Healing session with Clay led by Sara Gates, Artist and collaborative Printmaker and Ceramists and Founder of Kingsland Printing aka @Sara_Kingsland. You will be creating your own works with an open heart, no experience needed. We will close out the day around 7pm with a fire and some kirtan led by Ania. We look forward to having you.
