In her classes, Leah strives to bring balance to duality: Strength vs. Stretch: Stability vs. Mobility, and so on. Her yoga practice has a classical feel, yet incorporates corrective exercise and Pilates-based anatomical alignment principles. Her classes focus on breath and correct form in a fun, stimulating and educational setting.
