About Rachel's style:

"My regular practice, which is taught in most group classes is an Alignment Based Vinyasa Flow, rooted in 8 limbed, or Ashtanga Yoga. I will guide you slowly and clearly through all of the fundamental alignments to safely bring your body back to it's optimal blue print. I encourage the use of props in anyone's practice to increase comfort and strength. I work with children, men and women of all ages, backgrounds and body agility. I offer private lessons and small group classes. I am trained in restorative practices as well as Yoga Nitra.

We will have fun. We will breathe. We might even dance. I offer elements of meditation, breath and physical alignment in all class types. I believe it is fundamental to offer all three components of Yoga. I might ask you to join me in opening or closing in OM or in a Sanskrit chant. Why? because it feels good to come together in some way, to push past fear of the unknown and to join each other in this union of mind, body and spirit."
