Rockaway Beach surfers like you are badass. Yoga makes you a more badass surfer by improving balance, building strength + flexibility in the right places, increasing your mind-body connection and healing the areas that can take a beating in the water.

This class is designed to strengthen specific muscles in the core, shoulders, back and legs and feet while opening hips, hamstrings, calves, ankles and chest. We'll also work on relieving tight neck, shoulders and low back muscles while lengthening the spine and grounding into our breath. Yum. 

Please note that this practice is beneficial for improving performance and preventing injuries across all levels of surfing. Non-surfers, you too.
